1. Submit your pet by March 8 using the form below.
2. Pets will be placed into a bracket-style competition, where the community votes for the winners each round.
3. The pet with the most votes in the final round wins the title of Dayton’s Top Pet and Axe Throwing for 6!
4. Voting happens online & in-person at Two Social.
